Anthropic launches tool to spot AI-written text

Anthropic has released a new tool that helps companies see if text was generated by their AI model. It uses a special digital watermark hidden inside the writing process. This helps people identify AI content more easily.
The system works by making tiny adjustments to how the AI picks words. These changes do not hurt the quality of the writing or make it look strange to human readers. It is based on a method originally developed by Google.
Keep in mind that this tool is not perfect yet. It struggles to detect content that has been rewritten or pieces that are filled with code. It works best on long, original passages of AI-generated text.
