Anthropic updates biology filters for Claude 3.5

Anthropic fixed a major issue with its newest AI model. Before this update, the system mistakenly blocked most science questions and sent users to an older model. Now, those false blocks have dropped by 85 percent.
This change makes the model much more helpful for students and researchers. You can now get better answers for general biology topics without the AI refusing to talk to you. It is a big step forward for usability.
Safety is still a priority for the company. The filters remain strict for dangerous topics like virology and toxicology. You will still see blocks if you ask about creating harmful substances or biological weapons.
