ChatGPT ads often miss the mark

ChatGPT ads were supposed to be super smart because the AI knows what you want. But a new study shows they still miss the mark often.
Researchers looked at over eleven thousand ads inside real chats. They found that about one third of the ads showed up in totally random or irrelevant conversations.
This means brands are paying to show products to people who care about something else. Advertisers still have a lot of work to do to get this right.
