Claude users could not log in for about 36 minutes on August 16. The problem affected the website, the app, and the company developer tools.

Anthropic noticed the issue at 9:58 PM UTC. They worked quickly to find the source of the login failure.

The service was back to normal by 10:34 PM UTC. Everything is working again for all users.
