Cursor Releases New High Speed Training Tool for AI

Cursor released a project called Mixture-of-Kittens. It is a specialized kernel that helps train large AI models much faster than before. The system combines complex communication and math into one single step.
Tests show this tool runs over twice as fast as previous methods. It works specifically on high-end hardware like the GB300 NVL72 racks. This makes training much more efficient for massive projects.
You need specific Blackwell GPUs to use this software. Most people will not have access to the hardware required to run it. Even so, it is a big step forward for large-scale AI research.
