Enovis to Buy eCential Robotics
Enovis has made a binding offer to buy eCential Robotics for 155 million euros. The French company specializes in surgical navigation and robotic assistance tools for doctors.
This deal helps Enovis grow its reach in the medical technology market. The total payment to shareholders will be around 176 million euros in cash.
The companies expect to finish the sale by the end of 2026. They are currently waiting for standard government approval to move forward.
