Google Updates AI Music Tool with Better Editing
Google has launched Lyria 3.5, the latest version of its music generation model. It is now available within the Google Flow Music platform. The tool creates original tracks that run anywhere from 30 seconds to three minutes.
A new feature called Selective Section Painting is the big change. It lets you go back and edit a small part of a song without needing to regenerate the whole thing. This saves a lot of time for people trying to get their tracks to sound just right.
While the update adds useful editing features, Google remains quiet about the source material. The company has not shared any information regarding the data used to train this model.
