Marker 2 Is Here: Faster and More Accurate

Datalab just updated its document conversion tool, Marker. The new version uses a three-mode pipeline to process files much faster than before. It reached a score of 76.0 on the olmOCR benchmark.
Speed is the biggest highlight of this release. On a single B200 chip, it handles nearly three pages per second. This makes it five times faster than MinerU while also beating Docling in overall accuracy.
If you need to turn PDFs into clean text for AI models, this is a top choice. We compared it against MinerU, Docling, and LiteParse to see which one works best for different projects.
