Meet Javed Khan, the New CEO of Neat

Javed Khan is now leading Neat as CEO. He has spent more than two decades working in areas like cybersecurity and edge computing. His experience covers a wide range of high level technology roles.

Before joining Neat, he worked at Aptiv. He was the president of their intelligent systems division. He also spent nine years at Cisco in senior leadership positions.

He stepped into the CEO role in March 2026. His background in complex systems will help guide the company through its next phase of growth.
