Saulius Lazaravičius has over twenty years of experience in the tech world. He started his journey as a software engineer before moving into leadership. His background covers everything from building startups to managing large e-commerce projects.
He previously co-founded a business software company and helped create a major transportation platform. Later, he led the technical team for BARBORA, one of the biggest online grocery services in the Baltic region. These experiences helped him understand how to build products that people actually want to use.
