Meta Just Launched a New Coding Assistant for Your Terminal

The tool runs on a new model called Muse Spark 1.2. It can plan updates, write code, and check its own work across entire repositories. Unlike other tools, it stays active for your whole session instead of restarting for every task.
It also keeps a local log of everything it does. If your computer crashes, the tool can look at this history to pick up exactly where it left off. This makes it much safer to use for complex projects.
Meta built the model specifically for long coding sessions. It is currently available in beta for developers who want to test its capabilities in their daily workflow.
