New AI Model Learns from Video Without Human Help
Most AI models need extra data to tell them what actions happened in a video. The team at Induction Labs thinks this is a waste of time. They built a new system called Photon-1 that ignores this requirement entirely.
Photon-1 learns by watching videos without any labels or instructions. It watches how things move and interact on its own. This allows the model to understand physics and basic logic without needing a human to guide the process.
The results are impressive. The model can simulate computer desktops, play checkers, and predict the movement of billiard balls. This shows that AI can learn complex tasks simply by observing how the world behaves.
