Nscale Buys Anyscale to Control the AI Stack

Nscale builds its own data centers and creates its own power. By buying Anyscale, they now own the popular Ray software used to manage complex AI projects. This move helps them control every part of the AI process.
About 200 employees from Anyscale will join the London based team. These workers are spread across the United States, Europe, and India. They bring deep expertise in building distributed computing systems.
The deal should finish by the end of 2026. Both companies are waiting for final regulatory approval before they officially join forces. This partnership changes how Nscale competes in the crowded AI market.
