Salesforce turns Slack into a smarter AI assistant
Salesforce just gave Slack a major upgrade. The new AI agent does much more than just send notifications. It can now search through your company files and write drafts for you.
This tool is available to Business and Enterprise customers starting today. Salesforce wants this to be the primary way people get work done inside their app.
The company is trying to stay ahead of Microsoft and Google in the AI race. They believe these automated agents will become a normal part of every workday.
