Skanska Lands Big Data Center Deal

Skanska just signed a massive contract to build four data centers in the southeastern United States. The project is worth 1.2 billion dollars. This work will be added to the company's order bookings for the third quarter of 2026.
The project includes four separate buildings. Together, they cover over 800,000 square feet of space. The company is already familiar with the client who hired them for this job.
Skanska is responsible for the shell construction of these buildings. This is a major win for their American construction division. It shows the high demand for new tech infrastructure across the country.
