Waymo Opens Dallas Robotaxis to Everyone

Waymo just ended its waitlist in Dallas. You can now download the app and hail a car whenever you need a ride. The service is officially open to the public starting today.

This change comes after months of testing with a limited group of users. Almost 150,000 people participated during the early phase of the rollout.

The company is already planning its next steps. They intend to start testing their autonomous vehicles on freeways and near the airport very soon.
