WhiteFiber Raising $250M to Build New Data Centers

WhiteFiber is selling $250 million in notes to investors. The company will use the money to build new data center campuses. These facilities are needed to support high-performance computing projects.
Investors also have the option to buy an extra $37.5 million in notes. If they choose to do this, the total investment will reach $287.5 million. The notes are scheduled to be paid back by 2032.
The company announced this plan on August 18, 2026. This move shows they are focused on expanding their physical infrastructure to keep up with industry demand.
