Why AI could wipe out future job expertise

Companies are currently using AI to replace junior positions to save money. This makes sense for a single business looking at its own bottom line. However, this strategy creates a major problem for the workforce as a whole.

Junior roles are where people learn the basics of a job. If these entry roles disappear, new workers never gain the experience they need to become senior experts. We are essentially cutting off the pipeline that builds future talent.
