Workers are growing tired of AI tools

Workers are losing patience with AI tools. Since 2019, positive reviews about AI on job sites have fallen by nearly half. While bosses remain optimistic, the people using these tools every day feel differently.
Insurance workers report the most frustration. They complain about being forced to use software that does not actually make their jobs easier. Many employees also feel like they are being watched or pushed to meet impossible goals.
Fear of job loss is not the only problem. Workers are tired of high expectations and constant monitoring. If companies do not listen to these concerns, they may end up with a workforce that is burnt out and unhappy.
